MODE OF PAYMENT :
The fieldtrip fee payment can be made into two equal installments. First installment at the time of registration and the second installment after one month.
The first installment of 8750/- Qatari Riyals must be paid by 22nd February 2024.

Payment on the School Fee Counter (Cash / Card (Debit / Credit) / Cheque (Current Dated). The fee counter will be open on Saturday from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm.
Kindly send us the screenshot of payment made vide mode (a)or(b)or(c) mentioned above to [email protected] with a cc to [email protected] for our record keeping purpose. Kindly don’t use the ZENDA APP for the trip fee payment, as this is exclusively for the school term fee payment only.

Terms and Conditions
- The fieldtrip is only for the students of grade 6 to 12, Academic Year 2024-2025.
- Entry to the trip will be based on the “First Come-First Served” basis against the full payment.
- Student Passport and Qatar RP Should be valid for 6 Months at the time of travel.
- The cost of the trip is QAR 17500/- The cost includes
- Parents who pay through online mode of payment are requested to share the screen shot of the payment or receipt with Mr. Shashank Singh at [email protected].
- There will be NO REFUND in case the trip is cancelled by parent/student after making the payment of trip fee.
- If cancellation of the trip is due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer/school the trip fee refund will depend on the situation.
- Passport, Qatar RP and other documents should be in compliance with requirement of the Schengen visa issued by the embassy. However, Incase if a student does not get a visa for any reason, the visa charges will not be refunded.
- Parents will be required to make their children available for visa appointment as per the dates given by VFS. Parents will be informed about it soon.
- Parents will be required to submit a fieldtrip consent form. The consent form will be given out to the parents on the day of the information session. Parents will be informed about it soon.

(In any case rejection of the visa, the visa charge will not be reimbursed by the embassy).
