The Exam Cell of DPS Monarch International School conducted an Orientation for teachers on 27th March 2025 offering a detailed insight into examination protocols, emphasizing best practices and strategies to ensure smooth, fair, and efficient assessments throughout the year.
The orientation was led by experienced educator and Examination In-Charge, Mr. Aban Samuel, who guided teachers through critical aspects of exam conduction. These included question paper design, assessment methodologies, invigilation protocols, scheduling of exams, and result processing. A strong emphasis was placed on upholding integrity, transparency, and fairness within every stage of the examination process.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, during which teachers’ queries were addressed comprehensively. Suggestions from the faculty were also welcomed and taken into consideration for future improvements.
The orientation session proved to be truly effective in helping teachers to align with the school’s exam protocols, reinforcing a collective commitment to academic excellence and standardized assessment. With clear guidelines and shared understanding, the school is well-prepared to conduct examinations that reflect both rigour and integrity in the successful academic journey ahead.
