Discipline is the Bridge Between Goals and Accomplishment

On April 9, 2025, DPS-Monarch International School organized a Discipline Orientation for students of Grades 5 to 8, led by the Middle School Discipline Master, Mr. Parvez Shaikh. The session aimed to instill values of responsibility, consistency, and self-awareness in students navigating a key transitional stage in their development.

The orientation was graced by the presence of Headmaster Mr. Kapil Christopher, along with Coordinators, House Wardens, teachers, and students from Grades 5 to 8.

Mr. Shaikh emphasized the importance of school uniforms and proper grooming, highlighting how they promote equality and reduce daily distractions. He also introduced the system of color-coded disciplinary cards to help students reflect on their actions and make positive choices.

The session concluded with a powerful message: discipline isn’t just about rules—it’s about forming habits that lead to personal growth and lifelong success. The session was practical, engaging, and left a lasting impact on the young learners.
