DPS Monarch International School Triumphs at the Encuesta Quiz Competition!
On the momentous occasion of the 25th Silver Jubilee Celebration of DPS Modern Indian School, our students showcased their brilliance at the Encuesta Inter-School Quiz Competition, competing against 14 prestigious schools from across Qatar.
Selected as the 5th team after a competitive prelims round, our team embarked on an exciting journey through six challenging rounds:
Round 1 – Mystery Mania:
With keen factual understanding, our students chose a mystery box and confidently answered the displayed questions, taking an early lead of 100 points!
Round 2 – Visual Vocabulary:
Displaying sharp analytical skills, they decoded visual cues perfectly and scored 50 points.
Round 3 – Mind Benders:
Tackling logical twists, they added another 50 points to their tally.
Round 4 – Sports Arena:
Even after missing one tricky question, the team bounced back strongly, securing the next and maintaining their momentum.
Round 5 – Puzzle Pandemonium:
This was the game-changer! Our students stunned everyone by solving the puzzle in just 25 seconds, earning a whopping 100 points, plus a bonus 20 points for a follow-up question.
Round 6 – Speedster (Rapid Fire):
In this thrilling final round, our students stayed calm under pressure and grabbed 20 points.
With a total score of 390 points, they emerged as the undisputed champions, leading by a massive 90-point margin!
