May Month Club Activity-Creative Clay Modelling in Grade 2
Clay modelling is a fun and versatile art form. It encourages children to explore different shapes, textures, and colors. Watching a simple lump of clay transform into a unique piece of art is amazing.
Clay modelling also helps develop coordination and motor skills. It builds both gross and fine motor skills. It improves eye-hand coordination as well.
Our Grade 2 Monarchians enjoyed this creative activity. They modeled the life cycle of a butterfly and crafted fruits and vegetables. The children were fully engaged and proud of their creations.
