Mr. Kapil Christopher has been in education for the past 28 years. He comes with a dual Masters degree in Economics and Commerce with B. Ed .He did his schooling from reputed St George’s College in Mussoorie . He completed his Graduation, Post Graduation and B. Ed from Ch. Charan Singh University , Meerut . He started his Careeer as a English Teacher with Sophia High School and later joined St Teresa’s Academy , Modinagar (ICSE) as a PGT Commerce Teachers before moving to International Curriculum in 2009 where he taught the Cambridge and IB Curriculum.
He has taught the Indian and International curriculum in India and abroad in countries like Indonesia and China and in India in cities like Mumbai and Hyderabad . In Indonesia he also worked as IB Coordinator for Academic Honesty , wherein he designed the school policy on Academic Honesty and also implemented it . He is also an Examiner and IA Moderator for Economics with International Bacculerate Organisation . With all the experience and Best Practices he has learnt and gathered from different Curriculum in the world , he wanted to work and serve the parents and teaching community of Qatar and that’s what brought him to DPS Monarch International School.
He had worked as Vice Principal with CBSE School in India, where he has initiated the complete digitalization of the school with emphasis on Teachers teaching through laptops , keeping Student Centered pedagogy for teaching the students of 21st Century . He had been preparing teachers for the effective use of digital classroom for teaching by providing them with in House training and ever since 2015 the School’s Average Percentage has been increasing year after year.He designed the Discipline Policy, Internet Policy and also effectively implemented it. He has also implemented Teacher Evaluation , Lesson Planning , New Holistic Report card with complete Rubrics and New Blue Print Format for Question papers to monitor Academic .
There is a lot more he has to offer to the parents and teaching Community , in the field of Education. He believes with the diverse experience of different
