MEDICAL AND COUNSELING
For children requiring any medical aid, the school has a well-equipped Sick Bay that provides basic First-Aid facilities as and when necessary. A well-qualified nurse is present throughout the school hours to attend to any emergency. The school also conducts regular medical check-ups of the children. Parents are kept informed of their well-being.
CAFETERIA SERVICES
The canteen in the school caters to the students and staff providing healthy, wholesome and hygienic food during the school working hours.
The School cafeteria managed by a renowned caterer, serves nourishing, wholesome snacks, meals and juices in the most hygienic conditions. The menu is planned for its nutrition content and taste, for growing children by a qualified nutritionist.
However the school believes that home cooked food is the best option especially for younger children. The parents can be assured that in case they are unable to pack the tiffin once in a while, their children will enjoy the delicious canteen food happily!
WORLD CLASS IT INFRASTRUCTURE
DPS – Monarch International School has always been in the forefront in the use of Information technology. We have a good collection of Software and are equipped with the latest hardware. The school has a fully automated Intranet, which takes care of all our academic and administrative functions.
We have computer facilities are available on all the class rooms with Intranet facility. We also have provided the Laptops to the teachers and administrative staff. The building is networked and entire campus is protected WIFI enabled.
In addition to regular classroom, the building has classrooms equipped with LCD Interactive Panel.
LCD Interactive Panel
Meet Technology – the presiding member in the DPS – Monarch Classroom. Interactive Panels are used in DPS – Monarch as reinforcement for traditional whiteboards or flipcharts. They provide ways to show students anything which can be presented on a computer’s desktop (educational software, web sites, and others).
Computer Laboratories
The school’s computer and communication network provides state-of-the-art computing facilities and broadband Internet connectivity. Apart from three full-fledged Computer labs, the Learning Centre also as computing facility to assist students in projects and research assignments.
ICT education is an integral part of the curriculum at DPS-Monarch. The two state-of the art computer laboratories are here. Students are trained to learn the latest software applications and programming languages.
The school offers ICT education from KG I to Grade V. The highly qualified teachers impart the knowledge of computers and fully equip the students for the challenges of the computer age.
