TREE PLANTATION DRIVE AY 2025-26
🌍 DPS Monarch International School proudly joined hands with the CBSE-led nationwide initiative “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0” in celebration of World Environment Day.
In alignment with the CBSE initiative, the school launched a tree plantation drive aimed at fostering environmental awareness and honouring the nurturing spirit of motherhood.
🌱 Organized under the guidance of the school’s Eco Club, students enthusiastically planted saplings within their premises and surrounding areas, each accompanied by their mothers to symbolise the bond between Mother Earth and human life.
Placards were placed near each plant displaying the names of the student, their mother, and the species planted — reflecting a personal commitment to sustainability.
📲 The drive also included digital integration through QR codes generated for different species, promoting botanical knowledge among students. Selfies and photographs taken during the activity were uploaded on the official Eco Club portal for Mission LiFE.
🌳 Through this initiative, DPS Monarch reinforced its commitment to eco-conscious living and encouraged students to become active stewards of the environment. The event successfully blended emotional resonance with environmental responsibility, making it a memorable step towards a greener tomorrow.
