EARTH DAY
“OUR EARTH THE LIVING SPACESHIP” The world celebrates Earth Day on the 22nd of April every year. This day was founded by Gaylord Nelson to create an awareness to protect the earth from climatic changes, pollution, and over-exploitation of Natural resources. Here at Monarch, our little glitters were all dressed up in clever design features of a globe body piece of blues and greens, Oceans and Continents. Attires that depict Mother Nature, Pollution, and Recycled fashion. Wow!! A world of Earth costumes. Children had a sparkling conversation about different ways they can care for the earth, headgear coloring activity of the earth was done they also understood the importance of natural resources and had concrete information about the gorgeous “Mother Earth.”
